  • Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Item: Returns and exchanges will only be accepted for defective, damaged, or wrong items. If the product is not defective or damaged, the return request will be denied.

To process any return or exchange, you must provide proof of purchase, which can be either:

  • Invoice/Receipt (if applicable)

  • Proof of payment (payment method details)

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

If you want to initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

    • The reason for the return or exchange (e.g., defective, wrong item, damaged)

    • A description or photos of the item’s condition (for defective or damaged items)

    • Your preferred resolution (refund or exchange)

  • Approval: Once we receive your request, we will review the details and confirm if the return or exchange request is eligible. If approved, we will guide you through the next steps.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns and Exchanges

  • Return Shipping: We will cover the cost of return shipping for eligible returns and exchanges (defective, damaged, or wrong items). You will be provided with a return shipping label and instructions.

  • Exchange Shipping: In case of exchanges for a different product, shipping and packaging charges will be deducted from your refund or exchange amount. You will be informed about these charges in advance.

5. Processing the Return or Exchange

  • Inspection: Once we receive the returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the return conditions (unused, undamaged, and in original packaging).

  • Timeline: After the inspection, your return or exchange will be processed within 2-4 business days. We will notify you once the process is complete.

6. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase (credit card, debit card, PayPal, etc.). Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing time.

  • Partial Refunds: If applicable, a partial refund may be issued for missing parts or packaging.

7. Non-Returnable or Non-Exchangeable Items

The following products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances:

  • Ebooks and virtual products (such as downloadable files or online content)

  • Personalized items (such as engraved or custom products)

  • Perishable goods (such as food items)

  • Clearance/Final Sale Items (products marked as “non-returnable” or “final sale” on the product page)

  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer after delivery

8. Exchanges for Different Sizes, Colors, or Products

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, you may do so as long as it meets the return conditions.

  • Shipping and packaging charges for exchanges will be deducted from the refund or exchange amount.

  • Please note that the item you wish to exchange must be available in stock, or we will offer a refund instead.

9. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we will take the following steps:

  • Replacement: We will send you a free replacement of the same item, or a similar item if the original is out of stock.

  • Return Process: You will be provided with a return shipping label for the damaged/incorrect item, and we will cover all related shipping costs.

  • Action Required: You will need to contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and provide the following:

    • Order number

    • Photographs of the damaged/defective item (or incorrect item) to facilitate the return process

10. Sale and Promotional Items

  • Products purchased during sale or promotional events are eligible for returns and exchanges. The return conditions and process remain the same as for regular-priced items.

  • Please note that discounted items will be refunded at the price you paid for them during the sale or promotion.

11. Time Frame for Returns and Exchanges

  • You must initiate your return or exchange request within 7 days from the date you receive your order. Returns or exchanges requested after this period will not be processed.

12. Customer’s Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products are returned in the same condition as received. If the product is damaged during return shipping, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee.

13. Right to Refuse Returns or Exchanges

  • Goanytime.in reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange if the item does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

  • In cases of suspected fraud or abuse of the return policy, we may suspend or cancel any future orders or returns.
